Hourly rate: $28.00 – $32.00 CAD (depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors).

• Perform pre- and post-sale vehicle inspections, including test drives, frame inspections, and general vehicle inspections; diagnose issues and identify necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil and fluid changes, tire changes, and other general maintenance.
• Assist with repair services including brake jobs, exhaust system repairs, front-end alignments, ball joint replacements, air conditioning service, and maintenance of auction vehicles.
• Support shop operations by completing general shop maintenance, moving vehicles, and assisting other technicians with complex repairs to expand knowledge and experience.
• (Optional) Assist with sourcing parts, providing quotes, and completing work orders for customer service.

• Registered Mechanical Apprentice Level 3 or 4 actively working toward a 310S license.
• Previous dealership experience with proven proficiency in OEM diagnostics.
• Own tools; 1–3 years of experience repairing and servicing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on a variety of vehicles.
• Clean and valid G‑license drive abstract.
• Basic computer skills and proficient smartphone use.
• Proactive self‑starter with strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and work ethic.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, careful, and organized in a fast‑paced setting.

• Strong desire to successfully obtain Red Seal / 310S qualification.
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team as needed.
