Ledcor Technical Services is looking for a Splicing Foreperson to lead fibre optic projects across Ontario, combining technical skills with leadership. Ensure exceptional quality and safety standards in all projects.

In this vital role, you will lead a team of Fibre Optic Splicers, coordinating project activities and managing quality control protocols. Drawing on over five years of splicing experience, you'll provide hands-on support and technical guidance. Your ability to effectively communicate with project managers and clients is essential for successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise teams in fibre optic splicing

• Plan and coordinate all splicing and testing operations

• Review plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy

• Conduct inspections and maintain project records

• Facilitate training and development for junior staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years of fibre optic splicing experience

• Supervisory experience of at least 2 years

• In-depth understanding of OSP practices

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with fibre optic testing equipment
