Position: Lead Hand Mechanic for Class 8 Vehicles
Join our team as a Lead Hand 310T Mechanic, specializing in Class 8 vehicles, including diesel and CNG models. Use your skills to mentor technicians while working the evening shift.

This position at our Environmental Services shop is perfect for someone passionate about mechanical and alternative fuel technology. You will diagnose and repair vehicles' systems, helping to guide and support fellow team members to ensure optimal performance. Bring your leadership and experience in vehicle maintenance to new heights in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and adjust vehicles to manufacturer specifications

• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot faults

• Lead maintenance service, including oil changes and tune-ups

• Mentor technicians in problem-solving

• Document repairs and maintenance work performed

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education is required

• Hold a 310T Heavy Truck/Coach License or be a 3rd year apprentice

• Proven skills in gas and diesel repairs

• Experience with preventative maintenance

• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
