Matrix is seeking a mid-to-senior level AV Installation Specialist to bolster their team in Ottawa.
Your role will focus on installing sophisticated AV systems while sharing your expertise with junior team members. A strong background in audiovisual technology is highly valued for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze project scope and prepare for installations
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Carry out seamless AV installations in commercial settings
• Pull cables and manage terminations effectively
• Ensure ongoing communication regarding project progress
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in AV integration experience
• Relevant education in Electronics or Broadcasting preferred
• Desirable industry-related training certifications
• Clean driving record and ability to lift 50lbs
• Completed safety certifications including fall arrest
