What You’ll Do- Reviewing estimates, repair plans, and OEM procedures
- Performing complete structural and body repairs
- Repairing and replacing damaged body panels, frames, and underbody components
- Dismantling vehicles to identify hidden damage early in the repair process
- Measuring and straightening vehicle frames using frame equipment and measuring systems
- Repairing dents, buckles, and damaged panels using industry-standard techniques
- Reassembling vehicles with precision and attention to detail
- Working with metals, plastics, glass, electrical, and mechanical components
- Performing quality inspections and road testing repaired vehicles
- Maintaining OEM and company quality standards
- Collaborating with estimators, painters, and production staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Following all workplace safety procedures and repair standards
- Minimum 3 years of collision repair experience
- 310B / Red Seal certification preferred (or registered apprentice)
- I-CAR and OEM certifications considered an asset
- Strong understanding of repair procedures and vehicle systems
- Experience with frame and measuring equipment
- Strong disassembly and reassembly skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
