Key Responsibilities:

• Directly assist with repairs and job assignments

• Evaluate the accuracy of repair orders

• Supervise technicians and provide performance feedback

• Maintain tools and recommend new equipment

• Establish a training schedule for technicians

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in heavy-duty service

• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with industry products

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
