Position: Dexterra HVAC & Gas Technician Role
Location: Petawawa

Become an HVAC & Gas Technician at Dexterra Group, enhancing customer satisfaction at the Canadian Forces Base in Petawawa. This role is vital for maintaining heating and cooling systems through expert care.

Reporting to the Account Director, you will implement a robust preventive maintenance program to maintain all systems. Your responsibilities include repairing heating units, replacing air conditioning parts, and performing combustion tests. You will also support clients by ensuring responsive communication through the central call center for all maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain residential heating systems

• Manage Air Conditioning Units repairs and replacements

• Replace key components such as belts and bearings

• Address reactive maintenance calls and after-hours requests

• Participate actively in training and meetings

Requirements:

• Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in progress

• Class G3 minimum; G2 or G1 preferred

• 2-5 years HVAC experience required

• Strong English communication skills

• Must be fully vaccinated
