This HVAC & Gas Technician role involves implementing a preventive maintenance program and managing repairs and replacements for both heating and air conditioning units. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a hands-on environment and possesses excellent communication skills to interact with client groups effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain heating and air conditioning systems

• Replace parts like pump seals and bearings

• Handle maintenance requests, including after-hours calls

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings

• Provide timely updates to clients through our call center

Requirements:

• Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning preferred

• 2-5 years of experience in HVAC systems

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to lift 50lbs and work on ladders

• Must be fully vaccinated as per workplace policies
