Position: Tremco Field Technician for Roofing Projects
Tremco Incorporated is looking for Field Technicians to support roofing projects in Ottawa. In this role, you will focus on installation and maintenance of complex roofing systems while prioritizing safety.

As a new addition to the team, you will install systems such as BUR and EPDM while performing routine inspections with specialized equipment. This role demands traveling up to 25% within the Ottawa region and working flexible schedules during peak work seasons. Strong communication skills are a must for effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install roofing systems and safety components

• Conduct routine QA inspections using diagnostic tools

• Ensure strict adherence to safety measures

• Communicate issues clearly to foreman and team

• Lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work at heights

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial roofing

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks effectively
