As a full-time Field Service Technician at Toromont, you’ll gain hands-on experience with premium Caterpillar products. This position requires a valid Heavy Equipment Technician License and 1-3 years of experience in field and shop repairs. You will ensure safe working practices while maintaining excellent communication with clients at various locations throughout Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical issues using Caterpillar testing tools

• Repair Caterpillar equipment while meeting time standards

• Maintain strong customer relationships through site visits

• Implement Toromont's Health and Safety Policies

• Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements:

• Valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License

• 1-3 years experience in heavy equipment repair

• Familiarity with Cat systems like ET and SIS

• Red seal truck and transport preferred
