As a Labourer on our Back framing Team, you'll support daily site activities, ensuring a clean and safe workspace. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with at least one year of framing or construction experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of residential back framing

• Strap houses and construct essential structural elements

• Straighten studs and complete finished basements

• Organize materials and maintain a safe site

• Attend biweekly Toolbox Talks and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of framing or construction experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Safety

Certifications:

Working at Heights, WHMIS, WSIB

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
