Landscaping Technician

Position: Full-Time Landscaping Technician Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct minor building maintenance and repairs

• Mow, trim, and maintain landscapes and gardens

• Respond to all maintenance requests in a timely manner

• Perform basic plumbing and flooring repairs

• Assemble and install equipment as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and landscaping

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and troubleshoot effectively

• Clean Glass G license required

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Willingness to work various shifts or overtime
