Become a key player at Stephenson’s Rental Services as a Heavy Equipment Repair Technician II. Ensure construction and aerial equipment are safe and rental-ready every day.

At Stephenson’s, we prioritize safety while you leverage at least three years of experience repairing heavy equipment.

Your role will focus on inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various machinery including Skid Steers and Mini Excavators. Collaboration with Service Technicians and maintaining a reliable fleet for our customers in Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair construction and aerial equipment

• Ensure equipment meets safety and quality standards

• Follow checklists and operator manuals

• Test equipment under operating conditions

• Provide repair guidance to Service Technicians

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years in heavy equipment repair

• Mechanical aptitude with minimal supervision

• Valid G/Class 5 Provincial Driver’s License

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
