Low Voltage Field Technician

Insight Global is seeking a Low Voltage Field Technician to support installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance projects across various client sites. This is a hands‑on field role ideal for candidates with experience in cabling, telecommunications, electrical work, networking, or technical installations.

• Travel to client sites to complete service calls and installations
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage systems
• Work with structured cabling, fiber optics, networking equipment, CCTV, access control systems, POS systems, and digital displays
• Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing tools to complete projects
• Communicate professionally with customers and project coordinators
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
• Experience with cabling, electrical, telecommunications, networking, or technical installations
• Comfortable using hand tools and testing equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in the field

• Experience with fiber optics
• CCTV or access control experience
• Structured cabling or low-voltage installation experience
• Technical diploma or related education

Candidates should have access to common field technician tools, including basic hand tools, cable tools, testing equipment, and a ladder.
