CLV Group Residential Upgrades Technician

As part of CLV Group, you will perform critical upgrades across multi-family rental communities. This hands-on position is perfect for someone with over two years of experience in residential enhancements. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality finishes and improved unit presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute in-suite enhancement projects including flooring and door installations

• Install and layout tiles for kitchens and entryways

• Manage surface repairs to prepare walls for finishing touches

• Replace and install interior features like casings and baseboards

• Ensure the quality of the upgrades by identifying deficiencies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in residential upgrades

• Skilled in ceramic tile and finishing work

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• Access to basic personal tools, equipment supplied

• Valid driver's license and vehicle access desirable
