This role offers hands-on training and opportunities for growth while working on boats and trailers.

As a Marine Service Technician Apprentice, you will quickly learn to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems on various marine units. Duties involve assisting other technicians, communicating with the service advisor, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. You will receive on-the-job training to ensure your skills develop in alignment with repair needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose repair needs on-site

• Collaborate with co-workers on repair strategies

• Provide time estimates and work plans

• Install hitches and accessories as needed

• Conduct thorough water tests post-repair with clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Technician Certification and valid driver’s license desirable

• Required propane or RV licenses

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
