Emergency Response Superintendent

This six-month term position requires expertise in responding to various emergencies, including HVAC, plumbing, and security issues. As the first point of contact, you’ll coordinate with emergency services while documenting incidents for follow-up. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond swiftly to after-hours emergency calls

• Assess and act on urgent maintenance issues

• Coordinate with emergency services and contractors

• Perform temporary repairs until business hours

• Document all incidents and actions taken

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Experience in commercial building maintenance preferred

• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

• Willingness to obtain WHMIS certification
