Located in Ottawa, Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is recruiting for a Fire Alarm Technician to support their service team. This role requires performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance on life safety systems. Your responsibilities will include timely reporting and maintaining strong client relations, ensuring their safety systems operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair fire alarms and emergency lighting

• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately

• Provide on-call emergency service support

• Liaise with customers regarding service needs

• Adhere to ULC, CSA, and Canadian Electrical standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of fire alarm systems experience

• CFAA Certification required

• Two years college education in electronics preferred

• Clean driving record required

• Exceptional organizational and customer service abilities
