Ideal candidates will have at least three years of HVAC experience, with a valid 313D Refrigeration license and an Ontario Gas Technician 2 (G2) license. You will troubleshoot air-source and cold-climate heat pump systems, ensuring peak performance and customer satisfaction. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to complete digital work orders are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair heat pump systems
• Perform seasonal tune-ups and maintenance
• Assist with installations as required
• Submit detailed service reports and work orders
• Adhere to safety and industry standards
Requirements:
• 3+ years HVAC service experience required
• Must hold 313D Refrigeration and G2 licenses
• ODP Certification is mandatory
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Clean Class G driver’s license required
