As a Loader Operator under the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for operating loader equipment for snow removal and other maintenance. The position requires effective communication, routine equipment checks, and collaboration with your team and supervisor. Your efforts will ensure optimal site conditions during winter months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate loader for snow removal and winter maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report issues

• Clear snow and ice from various surfaces

• Collaborate with supervisor to complete tasks timely

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum three years in construction or maintenance

• Experience operating a loader in winter settings

• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license

• Loader Operator certification is an asset
