Telecommunications Technician in Lansdowne

Lansdowne Telephone seeks an experienced Telecommunications Technician for a full-time role in Lansdowne, ON. Engage in installation, repair, and maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service.

This position involves all aspects of telecommunications work, from cable splicing to customer interaction. A college diploma in Telecommunications or equivalent is required, along with the ability to handle heavy equipment. You will work mainly Monday through Friday, with potential on-call shifts and adverse weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair communication services while promoting Lansdowne

• Read blueprints and splice copper and fiber cables

• Work in various weather conditions and confined spaces

• Drive throughout assigned geographic areas

Requirements:

• College diploma in Telecommunications or equivalent

• Experience in telecommunications (1-3 years preferred)
