Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve homeowner concerns regarding warranty issues

• Perform visual inspections of residential properties

• Conduct hands-on repairs and maintenance as required

• Schedule and coordinate work with sub-trades

• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in residential construction

• Possession of personal tools for repairs

• Experience with Tarion Warranty program

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle necessary
