GDI Ainsworth is seeking experienced Construction and Plumbing Foremen to enhance our mechanical operations. This leadership role requires overseeing plumbing crews, installing systems, and ensuring compliance with codes. You'll be pivotal in managing projects professionally and collaboratively in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on-site

• Interpret and work from mechanical drawings and blueprints

• Install and maintain water supply lines and drainage systems

• Perform retrofits on hydronic systems and replace mechanical equipment

• Enforce safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:

• Red Seal Certification in Plumbing or Steam fitting

• At least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong project and trade management experience

• Valid AB Driver's License with a clean record

• Physical fitness for lifting heavy materials
