Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installations and repairs of Agfa's high-quality products
• Verify operational performance and safety at customer sites
• Maintain thorough documentation of service activities
• Coordinate with regional managers for service issues
• Ensure readiness of tools and diagnostic equipment
Requirements:
• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant fields
• Proficient in communication and customer service
• Knowledge of inkjet printing technology
• Background in remote diagnostics
