Paul Davis is searching for an experienced technician dedicated to high quality workmanship and safety standards. In this impactful position, you will conduct asbestos abatement per Ontario regulations, perform mould remediation, and address water damage emergencies. You will communicate professionally and ensure all projects meet IICRC and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform asbestos abatement in compliance with regulations

• Complete mould remediation and lead-safe practices

• Perform emergency response for water damage

• Build containment and maintain negative air environments

• Document results using mobile technology

Requirements:

• Previous asbestos abatement experience

• Knowledge of Ontario asbestos regulations

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Strong communication and customer service skills
