We're looking for an experienced, safety-focused Asbestos & Environmental Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well under pressure, and wants to build a long-term career with an industry leader.

• Perform asbestos abatement in accordance with Ontario regulations and company procedures.
• Complete mould remediation and lead-safe work practices.
• Perform water damage mitigation, emergency response, demolition, and structural drying.
• Build containments and maintain negative air environments.
• Install and monitor drying equipment.
• Complete emergency board-ups and tarping when required.
• Document work using photos, moisture readings, and mobile technology.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, adjusters, and project managers.
• Ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to IICRC and Paul Davis standards.

• Previous asbestos abatement experience
• Knowledge of Ontario asbestos regulations
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in PPE including respirators
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation
• Ability to work overtime and after‑hours emergency calls

• Worker or Supervisor Asbestos Certification
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
• Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
• Trauma Scene or Biohazard experience
• Confined Space or Working at Heights certification
• First Aid / CPR
