As a full-time Field Service Technician, you will be integral to maintaining high repair standards and customer satisfaction. With at least three years of hands-on experience, you will accurately diagnose mechanical issues and uphold safety protocols within the field. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair for Caterpillar equipment

• Maintain effective communication with customers during service visits

• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards at all times

• Utilize Caterpillar testing equipment for diagnostics

• Uphold high-quality workmanship in every task

Requirements:

• Valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License

• Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment repair experience

• Familiarity with Cat systems is preferred

• DZ Driver’s Licence is advantageous

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
