Step into a pivotal role at Enviro Centre as a Lead Installer in Nepean, Ontario, specializing in home energy retrofits. Your knowledge of insulation will contribute to significant environmental impact.
In this permanent, full-time position, you will lead a team of installers with over 5 years of field experience in energy efficiency. This role involves site assessments, training team members, and ensuring high-quality installations of insulation and air sealing measures. Communicating effectively with clients about energy improvements is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise on-site installation for energy solutions
• Conduct thorough site assessments for efficiency needs
• Mentor junior installers in safe practices
• Install energy-efficient materials effectively
• Conduct diagnostic tests for energy retention
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in insulation or similar fields
• Proven leadership and team training experience
• Proficient in interpreting construction plans
• Familiarity with safety regulations in construction
• Must hold a valid Ontario driver’s license
