Position: Webber Seasonal Lead Hand Role
Step into the role of Seasonal Lead Hand at Webber, focusing on roadway maintenance including snow removal and repairs. This position combines winter and summer responsibilities with a strong emphasis on safety compliance.

In this role, you will report directly to the Area Supervisor, managing essential maintenance tasks across various roadway and infrastructure components. Your responsibilities will include emergency response, traffic control setup, and supervising the work of operators. A strong background in construction or landscaping is preferred, and a valid G Class license is essential for this seasonal position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct snow and ice removal during winter months

• Perform repairs on highways and other surfaces

• Manage operations of vehicles and maintenance equipment

• Establish and deactivate traffic controls as directed

• Oversee daily activities and record progress

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Valid G Class license with excellent driving skills

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in computer applications

• Strong safety awareness and communication skills
