The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and able to handle urgent appliance issues as they arise. You will travel to residential rental properties for service calls, conducting assessments and completing repairs. Utilizing company apps for documentation and communication is part of the daily routine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct appliance assessments and repairs at rental properties

• Respond swiftly to urgent service calls

• Diagnose appliance issues effectively and safely

• Document work with clear notes and media uploads

• Recognize when additional services or trades are needed

Requirements:

• Experience as an appliance technician, contractor, or equivalent

• In-depth knowledge of residential appliances

• Access to reliable transportation and tools

• Familiarity with mobile systems for job updates

• Excellent communication skills and dependability
