Installer for Green Energy Projects

Join Enviro Centre as an Installer focused on residential energy efficiency projects in Ottawa.

This role offers a chance to enhance home comfort through insulation and air sealing installations.

As an Installer with Enviro Centre, you will support residential retrofit projects throughout Ottawa and Eastern Ontario. Your work involves installing insulation and performing air sealing measures, aimed at improving energy efficiency and comfort in homes. Previous experience in retrofit construction is beneficial, but we are also eager to train motivated individuals learning the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install insulation and air sealing materials in various home areas

• Prepare work sites, protect property, and clean up post-installation

• Read work instructions to execute projects accurately

• Measure and cut materials using hand and power tools

• Assist with tests to identify air leaks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to safely use hand tools and power equipment

• Willingness to work in diverse conditions

• Focus on detail and team collaboration

• Commitment to environmental sustainability
