This is a permanent full-time position., Monday to Friday!
Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance mechanical work.Inspect school purpose vehicles for operational issues, diagnose and repair deficiencies.Inspections, repairs and maintenance on school purpose mini-buses and mini-vans.Ability to diagnose and knowledge of diagnostic tools an asset.Complete mechanical maintenance reports and work orders.Prepare parts lists required to complete repairs.All related tasks.We offer:

Knowledge of diesel mechanics an asset.Valid S License or valid T LicenseKnowledge of hydraulic brakes.High school education or equivalentValid “G” Drivers LicenceComputer experience is an assetBasic set of hand tools; screw drivers, metric and SAE: wrenches & 3/8 & 1/2 socket setRequired qualities
Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing and interact professionally with other team members.Have strong organizational and prioritization skills.Work without supervision, reliable, punctual, able to follow instructionsMotivated, fast learning and dependable individual.Strong team player.Efficient, dynamic, and versatile.Work within tight timelines.Resourceful and independent.
