310T Mechanic

This is your opportunity to join a well established and growing full service transportation company. You will perform preventative maintenance and repair work on a wide range of makes and models of trucks and trailers (Class 5
- 8).

There are three shifts available: days, nights, weekends. Hourly rate up to $50/hr with shift premiums for nights and weekends. Full-time hours guaranteed.

Responsibilities
Perform repair and service work on van bodies, trailers, roll up and barn doors, tailgates and ramps
Regular safety checks, inspections and regular maintenance on trucks and trailers
Install and replace various transportation equipment components
Read and interpret schematics for work orders
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment and tools
Document and report defective products
Qualifications
310T, or 310J certification
5+ years experience as a licenced mechanic working on trucks and/or trailers
Able and willing to lift and/or move objects up to 50kg, operate tools and power tools
Good communication skills
Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
