Warranty Technician

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

As a Warranty Technician, you are responsible for addressing homeowner warranty concerns and work collaboratively with construction team, sub-contractors, and trades.

• Addressing pre-occupancy & post possession homeowner concerns,
• Conducting visual inspections of warranty issues,
• Performing ‘hands-on’ repairs, and
• Scheduling additional services with sub-trades.

• 2+ years warranty or tradesperson experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Tarion Warranty knowledge
• Construction knowledge – building technology, processes, and building materials
• Independent self-starter, possess strong customer service and communication skills
