In your new role, you will report to the Technical Operations Supervisor and collaborate closely with Project Managers. Responsibilities include managing on-site installation teams, troubleshooting, and ensuring that all work meets industry standards. You will also play an integral role in client communications and project updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of installation teams
• Install and test AV equipment following safety protocols
• Document and report installation progress to project stakeholders
• Ensure safety and inventory management on-site
• Maintain quality control checks throughout projects
Requirements:
• 3 years minimum in AV installation
• At least 1 year of managerial experience
• OSHA certification required
• Proficient in using power tools and AV systems
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel
