North Co seeks a full-time Siding Crew Chief with a robust background in residential siding installation. This role requires 5+ years of experience and at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position. Your mission will be to oversee project execution, maintain safety standards, and enhance team morale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the siding crew and enforce site standards
• Install siding materials like James Hardie and vinyl
• Accurately conduct soffit, fascia, and eaves trough work
• Perform critical metal bending and flashing duties
• Ensure job safety, particularly at heights
Requirements:
• 5+ years in residential siding installation
• Experience as a crew leader for 1-2 years
• Valid Working at Heights certification
• Strong attention to craftsmanship and detail
