Encore Event AV Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely setup and operation of AV systems

• Engage with clients to assess satisfaction and needs

• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment during events

• Maintain clear communication with event staff and clients

• Document equipment usage and complete order entries

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required;
Associate degree preferred

• 1 year of relevant customer service experience

• 1 year of audio-visual experience or educational equivalent

• Must lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s license required
