Equipment Operator

This role requires a candidate with 1-3 years of equipment operating experience, including skid steers and excavators. You will also perform labour-intensive tasks when machinery operation is not required, ensuring effective team collaboration. M. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate equipment like skid steers, backhoes, and loaders
• Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
• Assist the foreman with task completion and quality control
• Perform general labor duties when not operating equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years of equipment operating experience
• Ability to unload and load trucks efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to the work site
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
