Building Services Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems

• Conduct emergency repairs for HVAC and plumbing systems

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for technical solutions

• Comply with safety, health, and building regulations

• Assess and diagnose building system issues effectively

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years experience in building system maintenance

• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing codes

• Ability to work in heritage buildings

• Secret security clearance eligibility
