We are in search of areliable

Handymanwho can proficiently carry out differentremodeling and maintenance tasks on our properties. Your remodeling duties will involve tasks such as painting, plaster, windows, and hanging drywall.

Maintenance responsibilities include solving basic plumbing and electrical issues, as well as ensuring that the interior and exterior structural components, such as siding and sidewalks, are safe and in good condition. Youshould possess the ability to lift at least 50 lbs and be proficient in handling hand and power tools. Prior experience as an electrician orcarpenter would be an added advantage.

• Updatedrywall and paint as needed
• Help with tile or flooring installation
• Assist with trim carpentry or exterior siding
• Respond to Emergencies
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
• Scheduledmaintenance checks
• Alertmanagement and tenants to scheduled maintenance or remodeling
• Perform other duties as assigned

Previous Handyman experience

Must be able to lift 50lbs plus on aregular basis

Must be able to communicate in English

Legally allowed to work in Canada

Must live in the Ottawa/Gatineauregion

This role requires work onsite at an Office in Ottawa, Ontario. This position generally works Monday to Friday, 7:00amto 3:30pm Eastern time.
