Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your skills to diagnose issues and recommend repairs for trucks, buses, trailers, and more. You'll engage with customers through clear communication, provide repair quotes, and contribute to a safe and clean service environment. Your efforts will focus on delivering quality repairs while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose technical problems accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with customers about repairs
• Perform all required repairs on vehicles
• Assist other technicians when needed
• Maintain records of time, parts, and work done
Requirements:
• Licensed 310T or 310S Mechanic or Registered Apprentice
• Good communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certifications and Criminal Record Check
