Event Audio Visual Support Technician

You'll work under the guidance of the Operations Managers or Event Technology Directors, ensuring flawless execution of events through meticulous setup and operation of audiovisual equipment. Understand client needs, maintain relationships, and address any technical challenges that arise during events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate AV equipment to ensure event success

• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction on site

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly

• Maintain safety protocols and follow procedures

• Complete systems entry and documentation accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required;
Associate preferred

• Customer service experience in a hospitality environment preferred

• Valid driver’s license is necessary

• Experience with audiovisual technologies is ideal

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
