Remember Me Roofing is seeking an experienced Shingle Roofing Foreman to lead residential sloped-roof projects across Ottawa. This is a hands-on leadership position for a skilled roofer who can organize a crew, maintain a safe and productive site, protect customers' properties, and deliver consistent workmanship from tear-off through final inspection.

• Lead and work alongside a shingle roofing crew on residential projects
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep projects on schedule
• Oversee tear-offs, deck inspections, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, shingle installation, and repairs
• Enforce fall-protection, ladder, equipment, and jobsite safety requirements
• Verify workmanship and address installation issues before project completion
• Coordinate materials, tools, deliveries, and site needs with the office and project team
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and keep them informed when required
• Maintain a clean, organized site and complete a thorough final cleanup

• Several years of hands-on residential shingle roofing experience
• Previous foreman, lead-hand, or crew-lead experience
• Strong knowledge of sloped-roof systems, flashing, ventilation, and manufacturer installation standards
• Ability to direct a crew while remaining productive on the roof
• Confident working at heights and performing physically demanding outdoor work
• Strong safety awareness, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to assigned job sites throughout Ottawa and surrounding communities are required
• Ability to understand and communicate jobsite instructions and safety information in English.

• Pay: CA $45.00-CA $55.00 per hour, based on experience and leadership capability

  Monday-Friday, with start times and hours varying based on project schedules and weather conditions. Occasional overtime may be required.
