Ontario Power Generation is seeking a results-driven General Tradesperson to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Service Trades Supervisor, this role involves performing basic trades operations, including housekeeping and equipment maintenance. You will work in a challenging environment, ensuring safety while executing key tasks to support infrastructure and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform excavating, sandblasting, and protective coatings applications

• Maintain roads and drainage systems, including snow removal

• Assist in erecting, moving, and servicing various materials

• Follow safety regulations during routine service trades duties

• Operate hand and power tools effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance or custodial experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Valid G driver’s license required

• Comfortable in physically demanding conditions

• Commitment to safety practices and procedures
