Our client is seeking a Site Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Site Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Site Maintenance team supporting Operations, Support, Project Teams, and Management. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to completing work with accurate documentation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Maintenance Technician
Location: Prescott, ON
Pay Range: $20.14 (after probation $22.20)
Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
What's the Job?- Perform daily site maintenance tasks as assigned to keep equipment and facilities ready for production use.
- Verify work completion after each shift/task and complete documentation according to company policies and standards.
- Execute planned maintenance tasks to support ongoing operational reliability.
- Care for company equipment, including vehicles, production items, and seasonal equipment.
- Maintain site appearance and building conditions, including lawn care and snow removal/plowing.
- Working knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems and strong mechanical skills.
- Working knowledge of pneumatic systems and hydraulics.
- Working knowledge of carpentry and masonry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and the ability to shift priorities as required.
- Work that directly supports production readiness by keeping equipment operational and facilities maintained.
- A role that values strong problem-solving and troubleshooting to find, report, and fix defects.
- Clear expectations around planned work, documentation, and adherence to site policies and standards.
- Opportunity to collaborate with Operations, Support, Project Teams, and Management as part of the maintenance function.
- Hands-on, skill-building work across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry tasks.
