Sr Turbine Equip Specialist

Constellation, a leading energy provider specializing in power, natural gas, renewable energy, and energy management solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Turbine Equipment Specialist to join our dedicated Engineering and Maintenance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and technical challenges associated with our diverse range of turbine machinery used across various energy generation sites in the United States.

This position is key to ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, supporting our mission to deliver safe, clean, and reliable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on turbine systems and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to gas and steam turbines.
• Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of new turbine equipment.
• Develop and implement strategies for the enhancement of turbine efficiency and lifespan.
• Conduct performance analysis and prepare detailed reports on turbine operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical training and support to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
