Reactor Services Planner

Constellation Energy is seeking a Reactor Services Planner to support safe, efficient operations at our nuclear facilities. In this role, you will develop and maintain detailed reactor outage and maintenance plans, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure compliance with nuclear safety and regulatory standards. You will analyze work scopes, schedule critical path activities, manage documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborating with engineering, operations, and vendor teams, you'll help optimize reactor performance, minimize downtime, and contribute to Constellation's sustainability and reliability goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed reactor outage and maintenance plans
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors for reactor services
• Ensure adherence to nuclear safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Analyze work scopes and schedule critical path activities to minimize downtime
• Manage and update work packages, procedures, and planning documentation
• Monitor execution of planned work and adjust schedules as needed
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to optimize reactor performance
• Support continuous improvement and lessons-learned initiatives
• Forecast labor, materials, and contractor resources for outages
• Report planning status, risks, and progress to site leadership
