Overall scope:
To be point person for day-to-day internal support of Lattner Entertainment Group’s gaming and amusement route operations for the entire Service area.

• Train individuals for various service support roles
• Provide direction and leadership for same
• Monitor dispatch to ensure service personnel are routed efficiently
• Monitor volume of calls to reposition techs as needed
• Be the first line of communication for the service techs and resolve or facilitate there needs accordingly
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships with location/customer clientele
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships with regulators, outside vendors, etc.
• Effectively identify and address customer and personnel issues in a positive manner
• Establish, maintain and oversee various service related policies and procedures
• Monitor and refine procedures to attain and improve overall efficiencies
• Prepare and provide various reports to management
• Communicate effectively to management, direct reports, regulatory entities, vendors, etc.

• Must pass background check
• Must have or ability to obtain state licensure as required
• Must have and maintain clean driving record
• Past field service experience required, preferably in some aspect of bar/tavern gaming or amusement operations
• Must excel in troubleshooting and repair of electronic devices and components
• Formal electronics training/ two year degree or commensurate experience

• Must be able to drive for long periods of time, often in inclement weather
• Must be able to lift objects weighing 50 pounds or more
• Must be able to assist in installation and removal of video gaming machines and associated equipment
• Must be able to work standing for long period of time
