Job DescriptionOverall scope:
To be point person for day-to-day internal support of Lattner Entertainment Group’s gaming and amusement route operations for the entire Service area.
- Train individuals for various service support roles
- Provide direction and leadership for same
- Monitor dispatch to ensure service personnel are routed efficiently
- Monitor volume of calls to reposition techs as needed
- Be the first line of communication for the service techs and resolve or facilitate there needs accordingly
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with location/customer clientele
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with regulators, outside vendors, etc.
- Effectively identify and address customer and personnel issues in a positive manner
- Establish, maintain and oversee various service related policies and procedures
- Monitor and refine procedures to attain and improve overall efficiencies
- Prepare and provide various reports to management
- Communicate effectively to management, direct reports, regulatory entities, vendors, etc.
Job Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Must have or ability to obtain state licensure as required
- Must have and maintain clean driving record
- Past field service experience required, preferably in some aspect of bar/tavern gaming or amusement operations
- Must excel in troubleshooting and repair of electronic devices and components
- Formal electronics training/ two year degree or commensurate experience
- Must be able to drive for long periods of time, often in inclement weather
- Must be able to lift objects weighing 50 pounds or more
- Must be able to assist in installation and removal of video gaming machines and associated equipment
- Must be able to work standing for long period of time
