Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities:
Provide guest service and cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows and mirrors, etc. in cabins and common areas;
Load the outpost vehicle with cleaning equipment, extra guest supplies, and firewood;
Prepare cabin interiors to be cleaned by removing all trash, stripping linens, and restocking cabin provisions;
Ensure cabin outdoor spaces are staged for guests by cleaning and staging the lounge area and exterior;
Respond to guest concerns, complaints or suggestions and refer to management as needed
