One provider will be required to float between all locations.
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing outpatient urology practice. The provider will deliver comprehensive urologic care in a supportive clinical environment with ongoing physician support. This role offers a weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on‑call responsibilities. Training will be provided for urology-specific procedures and protocols, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates interested in the field of urology.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common urologic conditions.
- Manage conditions such as:
- Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
- Urinary incontinence
- Erectile dysfunction
- Kidney stones
- Low testosterone
- Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Assist with urologic cancer surveillance and coordinate patient care with physicians.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow established clinical protocols and practice guidelines.
- Licensed or license-eligible Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Illinois.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in urology; prior experience is not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff.
